🛍️ Eligibility for Cashback

• Cashback is product-specific and may vary depending on the product category, promotional offers, or seasonal campaigns.
• Eligible products will clearly display the cashback offer on the product page at the time of purchase.
• Cashback offers cannot be combined with other discounts, coupon codes, or promotional offers unless explicitly mentioned.

💳 Mode of Payment

• Cashback is available only on prepaid orders (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet payments).
• 🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for cashback.

⏱️ Cashback Credit Timeline

• Cashback will be credited to your Orryxa Wallet / Account within 7–14 working days after successful delivery of the product.
• For certain campaigns or higher-value purchases, the cashback processing time may extend up to 21 working days.

🔄 Order Cancellations & Returns

• If an order is canceled or a product is returned, the cashback associated with that order will also be canceled.
• If cashback has already been credited, it will be reversed at the time of refund/return.

⚖️ Important Notes

• Cashback percentage and maximum limits will be mentioned clearly on the offer/product page.
• Cashback cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to a bank account.
• Orryxa.in reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or suspend any cashback offers at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Misuse or fraudulent transactions may result in cancellation of cashback benefits and account suspension.
