Cancel Order Policy

At Orryxa.in, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order. To make the process simple, we offer a clear cancellation policy.

⏳ Cancellation Window

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
• After 24 hours, cancellation will not be allowed if the order has already been processed or shipped.

🖱️ How to Cancel Your Order

1. Go to the “My Orders” section in your account.
2. Select the order you wish to cancel.
3. Click the “Cancel” button next to the placed order.

📦 Once Shipped

• Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• If you still do not wish to keep the product, you may initiate a Return Request as per our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable).

⚖️ Important Notes

• Refunds (if applicable) for canceled orders will be processed to your original payment method or Orryxa Wallet within 5–7 working days.
• Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) will simply be marked as canceled, and no payment refund will be required.
